Report in The Guardian, 12th December 2001

Bravo to the Tibet Vigil campaign for a clever wheeze which has resulted in the Tibetan flag apparently flying atop the Chinese embassy ever since becoming caught on the building's aerial on International Human Rights Day on Monday.
Though it's faintly depressing that a simple stunt involving two helium balloons, some twine and a flag can make such a bold statement, while on election night a custom-made Turncoat, capacious handbag and several weeks of negotiation could produce only the dampest of squibs, even by our standards, we salute their ingenuity.
