City Diary: Tibetan protesters at BP IT'S tough at the new, high-profile BP. Twenty protesters gathered outside its offices yesterday, urging it to get out of Tibet. "But we're not in Tibet," wails a baffled spokesman. "Anyway, I didn't notice them. I was too busy dealing with the polar bear Greenpeace bought to our back door." Is it still there?
